These delicious little yeast cakes known as babà are normally soaked in rum, but since they are a specialty of Campania, we like to soak them in one of that region's signature liqueurs — tart limoncello. Then, present them garnished with strips of candied lemon and raspberries for a delicious finish.

Limoncello is one of the most popular liqueurs in Italy and through the years it has become popular in all corners of the world. Yet, 90% or even more of all limoncello out there is first and foremost made in places that are not right, the citrus itself is not from Campania, and preservatives are added. Àrvero Limoncello is bringing the original, natural limoncello back as a stand alone liqueur and a great ingredient for mixed drinks.
