Cacciatore- Wild Game Dinner at Locanda Verde

Our favorite thing to cook during the winter months is wild game. Chefs Andrew Carmellini and Ron Rosselli are serving up some of their old country favorites, like fresh pasta, handmade charcuterie and wild Scottish pheasant from il cacciatore, the hunter.
