    Prosecco is the largest selling sparkling (spumante) wine in Italy. Italians drink it as an aperitif (no self- respecting Roman or Venetian goes out to dinner without having a glass of Prosecco first), with food, and to celebrate. I was invited to be one of the judge at a Prosecco & Pizza Competition

    On the 24th and 25th June, a contest will be held to find the best pasta dish in New York. The initiative comes about thanks to the Italian Association of Chefs in New York and the Di Martino family, a pasta producer from Gragnano—a town by Naples also known as The City of Pasta.

    On the occasion of Expo 2015, the history of Milan and its land, from the foundation by the Celts to the present day, will live in a thrilling graphic novel of 208 pages, written by Silvio Da Rù and illustrated by Beniamino Delvecchio, produced by Parco Nord Milano, published by Star Comics and translated into five different languages by Fondazione Milano Lingue. An international editorial project, preceded by a Contest for designing the graphic novel's cover open to artists from all over the world starting from July 21st 2014.

    Who's Ready for the Italian Treasure Hunt?

Wonderful prizes await the participants of the Italian Treasure Hunt. And first prize is particularly special, maybe because it is as much Italian as it is New York - like!
